Part of voice acting is the realization that you've been pronouncing certain words oddly your entire life and no one ever told you.

I love knowing this. I will now change my pronunciation. Which reminds me: LOTS of people say pruh-NOUNCE-ee-AYE-shun and it drives me nuts.
