So out of the blue today my Samsung S7 says I can't use mobile data while on the phone. Any other @verizon customers have that happen?

Sounds like our assistance is required. When you are off the phone, does data service resume as normal? ^MCL
Yes. It only stops when I get a call, and I receive the message: "mobile data cannot be used while on call, connect to wifi."

Yes it is on, and I've never had this problem before, only just started today on my usual morning walk (so a normal area for me)
