So this is a long shot, but my vet's out of office and the emergency vets are all at capacity for the night I guess. Anyone have experience with Zofran in dogs? (More details in replies)

I did a quick scan of plumb’s and zofran doesn’t have anything urinary in adverse effects. Is it just when laying down, etc., or constantly?

It seems to have stopped (fingers crossed), but was pretty consistent dribbling for about 15 minutes, then got less and less over the next 20 minutes until now where it's stopped. He's also on Pantoprazole and Cerenia (new) and Galliprant, Gabapentin, and Denamarin (over a year.)

I would definitely let your vet know when they’re open next, but I don’t think it’s a “ER now” situation? Disclaimer being I’m not there able to assess the pup and if you feel something is wrong, ER is the way to go. Most likely not due to meds though

Yeah totally understand the disclaimer. I'm leaning towards waiting for my normal vet to open too, they have all his numbers from his recent blood panel and his xray/ultrasound and know his situation. I feel like an ER vet is going to end up telling me to check in with them.

Obviously if he starts acting weird or things get worse or there are additional problems I'd take him in immediately though. I mostly wanted to make sure no one was like "OMG THIS HAPPENED TO ME IT IS VERY SERIOUS"

Not a problem! I understand the frustration of the ER being full; I work at a “normal hours” clinic and we have been booked solid since March. The ER folks have it worse. It’s been insane since the pandemic began!

Yeah I can imagine! I sympathize with them being packed, which means I also don't want to waste their time when they could be seeing real emergencies. It's a tough call because you want your fur baby to be healthy, and I'm such an anxious person I'm always like WHAT IF I'M WRONG?
