Wow, so after waiting an extra hour for our food our @Postmates driver didn't deliver the order, but I can't get a refund because there's a ticket open for it being an hour late, and @Postmates_Help on the phone is a 37 minute wait. Meanwhile I have to deal with hangry people.

Yup, and that would be bad enough but for "The pick up is taking longer than expected " for an *hour* with no updates on top of it was just murder.
