Wow, so after waiting an extra hour for our food our @Postmates driver didn't deliver the order, but I can't get a refund because there's a ticket open for it being an hour late, and @Postmates_Help on the phone is a 37 minute wait. Meanwhile I have to deal with hangry people.

Yup, and that would be bad enough but for "The pick up is taking longer than expected " for an *hour* with no updates on top of it was just murder.

Had Doordash pick up my boyfriend's food and then never showed up. Texted the driver and they said "what lol" Issued a refund and even then that was a whole ordeal...
