Every year I get more and more baffled by how much money Kevin McCallister’s family must have. How do they have so many kids, afford THAT house, AND can afford a trip to Paris?! HOW?!

But they can also afford a trip to Paris for them and all their kids, during Christmas, with two of the tickets being in first class. I need answers.
If I remember correctly the family in Paris paid for the tickets, and the Macallisters had been watching the uncle and aunts kids for them while they were in Europe. (So financially they were only responsible for 2-3 kids their whole lives.) ....(continued)

Also, those houses ARE insanely expensive (having grown up in the northern suburbs of Chicago) but you could probably afford it as a successful real estate agent, or a corporate lawyer, etc.
