Are you saying they were intentionally flat? I can see where narration can be quite complex. I hope my comment didn't come off as overly harsh.

Not harsh at all! I’m interested in learning what audiences want - there is no one size fits all! In the survey, I found the selections to be flat to better illustrate the abilities of synth voice. But in most major motion pictures and big budget series, there is emotional nuance

Hello wonderful people! I love this discussion! It is so important to understand what our community needs through the work. I truly feel that to narrate AD is to do my best to become a part of the story, blend it to it. I also must make a correction though... 1/2

...I did not narrate the AD for the Wonder Woman film. My credits are for “Professor Marston and the Wonder Women” (another really cool story about the creator of Wonder Woman). I hope we can find the right narrator to credit with great work that really spoke to the audience! 2/2

If you are talking about Wonder Woman (2017), then the narrator was Laura Post, as described through Deluxe. Apologies if this has been answered before.

Thanks for tagging me Nicol! I loved working on Wonder Woman and really put a lot of work into it so everyone could enjoy the movie as much as I did! As Roy mentioned we're always trying to match tone and atmosphere so the audience is truly immersed. I'm glad that came across!
