@LauraPostVoice i watched in this corner of the world, beautiful heartbreaking and well researched film. I wanted to cry at Suzu lamenting her arm. What did you think of working on a role like that?
In This Corner of the World is such a powerful, beautiful film, and that scene especially was one of the hardest ones to perform. I was truly honored to be allowed to play her, and tried hard to capture her struggle to maintain her optimism despite everything going on around her.
