ok so this was assault? from the video evidence there was no contact and no intent to intimidate. But if you take assault at it's most general - she would have to feel fear for something... and based on that I think the entire republican government is assaulting me daily.

Yeah...the "magic" of a police report. I know liberals/democrats are impervious to facts, but every federal building has cameras, so the altercation should have been filmed. Miss Loomer filed a police report & will follow through.

Maxine Waters SWATTED another human being in the face with papers. Twice. That's physical aggression - actionable. It proves that she has poor control of her anger - she should be prosecuted & ordered to take anger management. I don't think Laura will back down.

I'm totally calm. I didn't say it was assault, i said it was physical aggression. She also hit Loomer's hand. Loomer has already filed charges, so we'll see what the court says. Maxine obviously has anger issues & needs help. I hope she gets it - this is a wakeup call.
