We have a right to see it. The FBI or
@SenFeinstein can remove all personal information of the person who sent it but if this is a crime or some other disqualifying event, the public has a right to know. -
In a normal world, since it is a possible criminal matter, we specifically don't have a right to see it until it comes out at a trial (innocent until proven guilty at work). ofc that presupposes a nominating committee that would be willing to halt the process, until resolved.
-
so under these circumstances if the majority keeps pushing forward, there may indeed be a compelling interest to reveal it.

Soooo he may have done something but no one is sure what but he should be investigated by the FBI? Lol
-
Right, I'm going to send a letter about someone about crime that might have happened. But it's going to be anonymous and something that may or may not have happened 30yrs ago. Wow just wow. How low can the democrats go? What kind of banana Republic is this?

Not the point but;.... fuck, that is an ugly letterhead. LOL. Even if she waterd the state and the flag, why on earth wouldn't she put the state on the left side where it conforms to the shape of the text? And why does she need them, as all... *designer head explodes*
-
Right!? Im half surprised it’s not in comic sans, and a patriotic parchment background.
-
@SenFeinstein, this isn't us shaming. This is comes from a place of concern. It would take so little to make modest improvements to your social media letterhead. Just a quick example.#designerHippocraticOath#ifYouHAVEtoIncludeTheStateAndBearpic.twitter.com/yz6ewBy83RThis media may contain sensitive material. Learn more

Yes! You really don't need both or even one of the elements, but if you absolutely must have two elements, please replace the state silhouette with the seal of the state.

Where can I find the source? :O
-
She wrote the informant strongly demanded confidentiality, but you're asking Twitter where you can find the source?
-
The source of Feinstein's letter, not the source of the person with information. I checked Feinstein's website for the public release but haven't seen it.
-
Feinstein’s website has been updated with the statement for anyone else who was looking for it:https://www.feinstein.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/press-releases?ID=FB52FCD4-29C8-4856-A679-B5C6CC553DC4 …

And I think this is the lawyer mentioned in the BuzzFeed post: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debra_Katz

Ummm what? The DEMS pull out the infamous "anonymous source" card in order to further delay an inevitable confirmation. You really think a federal judge hasnt already been vetted? Another act of desperation.

gasping and grasping. Don't trust Feinstein. Remember, she's a demorat, all testimony is rumor and lies are facts.
