And for anyone who thinks there will be a 'magic exception' we have multiple doctors here in Colorado, where abortion is legal, who have treated patients from other states who have come here mid-miscarriage because of their home state's post-Dobbs abortion ban.

Not to differentiate between good abortion and bad abortion, but banning medication abortion also means women having miscarriages are SOL. Exact same drugs are used to treat spontaneous abortion - miscarriage - and induced abortion.

Realize if this judge singlehandedly blocks medication abortion it means women having miscarriages nationwide are screwed, too. Literally the exact same drugs are used to treat spontaneous abortion - aka miscarriages.

The plaintiffs only filed there because they were guaranteed to draw a single judge: Kacsmaryk, whom Donald Trump placed on the bench in 2019.
