1. But here is the thing, hard fact, a lot of people termed TERF do not wish to sleep with women, and a lot of Lesbians do not meet the criteria for TERF, so let's not conflate the two...and definitely, DEFINITELY let's not complicate it with incel at this point...
2. I think your explanation is a lot better than slinging pejoratives around and hoping they half stick...and it opens dialogue. Might interest you to know that the first I heard of animosity between trans and lesbians was from a smaller weaker trans friend
3. ...who was really hurt by the hostility she was receiving from lesbians who used to be friends (and she'd worked hard to earn that acceptance too) just for being transgender...this was 2008 and she was just hurt and confused...you are the second person to mention that issue.
I find your rethoric truly confusing. The fact that your friend has been hurt by some friends does not make lesbians evil, nor transactivism harmless.
See you are jumping to conclusions...I did not provide a conclusions I just reported my only other direct experience for consideration with the experiences you have had and heard of I was hoping you would think and comment on it.
I am not jumping to conclusions, I am reporting your data as if they were (they are not) reliable facts. Your experience, no offense, means nothing in terms of numbers and reports, just a drop on ink in the sea.
I think you are over complicating things, I simply mentioned a fact from my own very limited experience that shows a different perspective to the one you are focussing on, no more, no less...just another piece of the story.
I tend to rely on scientific evidence, data, and the power of discussion. To say that I over complicate thing is another way to try invalidate my points without much of an argument, like you did before with the incel issue.
Quite seperately I find this "incel" thing really concerning...we have too many hate and entitlement cults around these days, male female and unisex...I would rather see the world divide up into bad people and good people thinking for themselves.
Why do you sling irrelevant slogans at people instead of thinking about what they have said and communicating your own thoughts? I feel sure your consideration is of far more worth than someone else's slogan.
Point to me where I have slung an irrelevant slogan at you and prepare yourself for the most mortified apology you have ever seen in your life because I will be horrified with myself if I have.
I am taking a while to find this but thanks for calling me out on my hypocrisy and because you did point it out I can guarantee you that I will never express myself in such an objectionable way again...
