    We are investigating & working to resolve an issue where some customers may be experiencing intermittent errors when attempting to login to . Offline mode is available as a workaround for those experiencing issues.

    Based on our internal tests, the LastPass login flow should now be operating normally. We are still closely monitoring all systems to ensure that there are no further issues. Thank you for your patience and be sure to follow for additional updates.

    We have identified an issue within our memory caching servers that are being used for the login flow and are currently taking corrective action to restore full service. Users can still login using offline mode. Please stay tuned to for further updates.

    UPDATE: We are in the final stages of testing to ensure that LastPass is back to full capacity. Status page has been updated to Monitoring as shown here the fix is now in place & we are keeping a close eye to ensure all remains up & running. 1/2

    UPDATE: Our team is still working the case but here’s what we can share: we’ve isolated the issue to be a data center connectivity problem – our team is working hard to fix it as we type. Additionally, we want to clarify any chatter: this is not a security related issue. 1/2
