Lots of scientifically literate people coming at me about this tweet to say what "energetic material" means scientifically, but I'm talking about what it means in federal law enforcement culture when that's the term the government uses in a complaint.

You can read between lines all you want - if they were meant to be inert they would have had nothing "energetic" in them.
