What’s the participation rate in caucuses? Is it lower for nonwhites because of barriers to participation— working, taking care of kids, not having three hours free at night?

Iowa has the largest turnout caucuses in the nation—but still fewer people than in a primary. With such a small minority population, it would be very difficult to answer your question because almost all polls wouldn’t be able to give us significant results.

Correct, is there a less diverse state? As a DEM I don't understand why the DEM Bosses won't move the first state to one which represents America. If the will was there, they could make that happen. So, I don't get it.
