I years ago saw a cel for sale from the "That's Mama Luigi to you Mario" shot and I regret not buying it, I don't think it was over $20.

I have not, but it was most likely around 2014-2015 if you want to look for it, I got my Spongebob Cel in 2015.

I haven't come across it searching on worthpoint. Did it have a DiC Seal? Or was it just one that didn't have one?

I can't remember, but I THINK the seller had multiple cels for Mario and Sonic, I'm still looking though folders, I might have to check an older PC but I should have it saved. The date was 2014-2015 so I'm going quite a way back.
