Putting aside who is right and wrong (I think both arguments have some merits), nether group seem to understand the basics of trying to convey and idea to another human being. At a fundamental level aggression will never change someones mind or make someone want to see your pov.

Yeah, though I'm just saying through my own experience with I've been able to break though that stubbornness with being civil and understanding, it wont work every time but you would be surprised how far you can get with some people, stubborn does not mean unmovable.
I'm just saying keeping your cool and try not to feed the anger. While H3's fans may have been rabid, I still think H3 himself just did not see what the big deal was and why people were being so aggressive, where if the criticism was less angry he would have reacted better.
