Hot Take: None of them are bad (some maybe meh but playable) but the series is rarely exceptional. It's kind of the same game over and over like the NSMB series. My reaction to most games are 'yep thats a Kirby game' It's fun but shallow. I love it but not realy wowed by it.

Hotter Take from Hot Take: All of the games have a certain level of quality that hits mediocre or higher and each game has something unique in comparison to the last game. Also I hate the Kirby NSMB comparison because that series has other problems than just being similar.

My least favorite ones are Yarn as its too mellow so it's kinda boring, and 64 is just too slow. Most titles just don't seem to stray too far away from Adventure/Super Star on core gameplay. Good music, run fast through levels destroying everything and the occasional puzzle.

I personally like Yarn for how relaxing it is and just the general style it has. 64 was a bit slow for me too but I found enjoy from the combo ability system, the puzzles, and how all the characters worked together in it. The only ones that really fit in the constant mold of-

I've been wondering if it's possible to just speed K64 up in an emulator, it does have a lot of cool things going for it (it also has my fav Dedede design) the game just runs too slow making it a little hard to get into.
