my twitter web app keeps saying "something is wrong, try again" for every single page. tweetdeck works just fine but it's impossible to not use the twitter web app half the time. i'm on firefox and have already tried reinstalling :(

I sometimes have that issue when closing and reopening Firefox, It seems to be an issue where it logged you out but is still trying to display you pages like you are logged in. I usually have to try and refresh the base https://Twitter.com page to force it to update.
Making sure your browser 'remembers you' so it auto logs in seems to help avoid the problem.

ahhh okay, that does seem to be the problem but the moment i click like or retweet or anything on the base twitter com page it freaks out and creates the same problem again

Maybe it's a cache issue? Try clearing it or see how it works in a private tab in Firefox.
