The original cut of the 1968 animated movie 'Yellow Submarine' had a 'battle' against the Blue Meanie's 4 headed bulldog near the end. It was later cut due to being anticlimactic, and was replaced with another scene with the Beatles using music to make the Blue Meanies retreat.
