Someone linked me to one of my YTPs that had been ripped and re-uploaded to iFunny. It's not the first time that's happened, but they did credit and link to the original source... By which I mean they linked to an Instagram post where someone ripped and re-uploaded the video.
My content used to get stolen and reuploaded a lot as well, sometimes its just young kids who have no concept of content ownership, or bots autocropping intros. I don't get Twitter freebooting since it's not like you can run ads or get anything other than fake internet points.
Exactly. Not to mention that it's actually much easier to just link to the original rather than download it, crop it, render it and re-upload it.
