Okay, but isn't the music just twinkle twinkle little star? So they are taking a public property and declaring it their own. Copyright is horrible.
While it uses on public domain work, they created new content on top of it which is copyrightable, the melody is free to use, but if they made any new lyrics or video content they own it. The Wizard of Oz book is public domain, but the red shoes are not, since its from the movie.
