I personally don't want Spongebob to get very far. Not because I don't like the show (because I really do like it), but because I don't think it should count as a "90's show". Only the first 2/3s of Season 1 were in the 90s. It's really more of a 00's show, at least to me.
Edds and Courage were also 1999, and PPG was Nov 1998, and all 3 ran into the 2000s.

That's a very good point. Courage actually only came out in November '99. Grand total of 11 episodes before 2000 (10 if you don't include the pilot). Edds at least had the entirety of their first season before the turn of the millennium, but even then...
