That design is more a mix of Bowser and Wart from SMB2, Since Super Show is based on SMB1 and 2, in general Bowser and Wart were mixed up a lot outside Japan in that era. Often art of Wart was colored like Bowser, and vice versa.pic.twitter.com/lVGojt3exR
