hey folks my callie amiibo can't be read on anything, im not sure why anybody willing to trade for one that can be read??

It's worth a shot, Nintendo has great customer service from my experience. There might also be ways to spoof a nfc chip, or get a fake card for cheep on eBay and tape it to the bottom of the figure.
