As someone who's been on the team for almost a year (and been in the larger mashup community since around the 2016), I overal never realy had any issues with hostility and such in my time there.

At the expense of sounding like I’m talking down to you (I’m not being aggressive on this), I shouldn’t have to explain why if you survey students upon exiting High School, some of them (that tow the line) have great experiences and some of them (that get harassed) have bad ones.

I can't/ won't say more in public (maybe in dms), but there some more details that prob gives my experience more weight. But in general there is not any harrasment or hostility going on out in the open during my year there, and there is quite a few lbgt peeps.

I've been in Siiva since mid 2016 and I haven't really seen anything like that either. We make edgy jokes sometimes but the only *real* problem I've seen has been the person you're talking about, and he's calmed his shit since then from what I've seen
