The FDSstick only needs the ram adapter, so at the very least you should be able to play games if the drive is busted. http://www.famicomdisksystem.com/tutorials/fds-repair-mod/belt-replacement-adjustment/ … This should help with replacing the belt.

Thanks! I only have a unlabelled disk to test the FDS out with rn and I'm not even sure what game's on it, so the FDSStick will definitely help since I'm not sure what other games I'll be able to get my hands on in the future. :P

Yeah, I only got 2 so far, the disks and cases are cool if you can find them, but my Drive is more or less a shelf ornament. I have been wanting SMB2 though. Also a good thing with using the stick is you can use translation patches on some games if you don't speak Japanese.pic.twitter.com/vaAkPXypB3
