If you have the full set, you should do some scans, I spent hours searching the web for my post and there aren't all that many scanned in.
From what I gather, they were not sold as a single set, instead they sold a mostly empty box, and small expansion packs centered around different subjects (I have a sealed one) I don't think a list of all cards exists.
