Hey buff ppl so my mans is on a diet to gain a little more muscle mass and 50 grams of protein a day sounds hella excessive to me. Is it???

Not if he’s got ridiculous metabolism

He's not just starting out tho. He's just 3 lbs away from his goal muscle mass but I only realized how much protein he was consuming now lol
