It was fairly chill, maybe a 5-6? The 30 seconds at the beginning was the worst but my BADASS BLACK WOMAN gynecologist assured me it would be. After that I hobbled out of there & drove home, it stayed to a 4 the rest of that day & hasn't hurt badly since.

And most guys don’t have a clue most times. Is there one standout med that works these days better than most or things are just as good or bad as they were 50 years ago?

Well I use a hormonal IUD called Mirena and when I lived in the US it was a covered procedure under Obamacare thankfully. And its good for 5 years so I can switch it for a new one in 2024. Took 15 minutes!
