I just got the iPhone 11 Pro this summer and it’s giving me so much problems. I never had this issue with my android and iPhone 6s. Seriously @TMobile this is so inconvenient.

I had to got back to the store and even to apple just to get an answer. I usually hate complaining cause I know how customer service is but I’ve exhausted everything.
