My French bosses used ours for the crust of their tarts among other things, so now I use an almond flour mix for the crusts of mine toopic.twitter.com/Qoh0vDJvHb

It really helps make it not taste dough-like! I learned so much from working with that family about baking traditional French pastries & other things but the chocolate tart is by far my fiance's fave lolol. He gets way too excited when I make it. I have so many rando skills

Haha thanks! It’s def in my top five too! I found an attachment at one of the mom& pop stores that connects to a butane can which makes a torch lol

Yes! Those torch attachments are the bomb. I had to learn how to do it good while working for a Mediterranean spot that made their own in the states (idk why but theirs was bomb tbh).
