Yes!!!! What you think you know and what you know you feel aren't always the same. Everything in it's own time :)

Saina ma'åse na dos, para este. It's always a great conversation to have, to revisit and be helped in your knowledge by others. When I get to the point where I feel ready, I will let you two know how it goes
for now, I feel unprepared. But I know it's inevitable. - Show replies

I am delaying that because I don't feel entirely equipped to let go. I am such a Virgo/control freak. I do everything with intention. To intentionally allow myself to feel & connect to the ancestors would be very grounding, peaceful, yet powerful, & that I'm not ready for yet.

My teacher/friend calls the process getting clear. Bcuz we were conditioned as children to hold things in, a lot might come up when you start tune in. The body remembers and holds. I can't recommend body/breath work as a tool enough. As well as journaling and speaking to others.

It's a process and a practice. Compassion and kindness for yourself will be the most important thing. And whenever you're ready, you definitely won't be alone when you start to walk down that path

I was told by my suruhånu teacher that they often favor men/boys, but idk if that is true. I wonder if men are more "clairvoyant" to the spirits? Colonization has clouded the knowledge and made me doubt so much.
