QUESTION: Besides going through Jimmy Dee's, does anyone know of another way of getting a vehicle on the beach in front of Jimmy Dee's?

Oh wow. I didn't know this. Thanks for sharing! Most of the time, whenever I needed a vehicle on a public beach, it's for a commercial shoot we'd call parks&rec for permission.

that is so great that you do that. The law exists mostly to protect the beach sand from getting compacted, making it harder for nesting turtles to dig their nests and also driving over a nest could crush it.
But also driving over the animals underneath sand could do the same.
