If airlines want to return to business they need to invest in on site quarantine areas and testing before flights.

But what happens if you get tested before the flight, results come out negative, then you get put on a plane next to an asymptomatic carrier for 11 hours??

Asymptomatics still test positive to my knowledge they just don't show symptoms. There should enforce a no fly rule if positive.
