You know what? In the wake of this cruel world, I am SO HAPPY I don't feel alone anymore when I voice my dissent, when I demonstrate, when I attend decolonization/political status conferences & webinars. I have witnessed this community of passionates being born out of injustices.

S/o to Fanachu Podcast for educating me on why so many more young people have taken interest. I had never thought the NK threat was a reason, but looking inside now I realize that it created a real fear and shift in thought as to our situation with our status & militarization.

Finally, another thing that makes my heart swell with pride is seeing young people ginen CNMI starting to venture out with their interest in political discourse & decolonization. It is an interesting space to live in when voices on Guam are so dominant & can be intimidating..

..to engage with. But please engage. Please look around & see that although we've been colonized differently, it is starting to affect the health/living conditions of our people there too. We are becoming less sustainable & more dependent. We are rising in obesity & diabetes.
