If you use one you should ideally have access to a bathroom with its own sink, or keep a water bottle handy (which is what I do). It saves so much for your wallet and the environment. I just wish I had gotten the normal size. The petite Saalt cup is a tad small some days.

Honestly? Compared to tampons (which dry you out) it's less painful to insert once you get the hang of it. Wearing pads only makes me feel like an incontinent adult baby, but on heaviest days I might use a light pad with it as backup. But I haven't bought tampons since mid-2019.

So to answer your question, for comfort I would rate my petite sized saalt cup a solid 9. I haven't had anything uncomfortable with it at all once I started to get the hang of it! Just the suction part feels funny lmao.

I hope you do! I'm not affiliated with any brand but I love to advertise bc it saved me $$, time, and is sustainable!

Also (TMI) I bought a petite size bc I was convinced I needed it bc I am "shallow" down there (forgot how my gynecologist explained it). I didn't need it
Get the normal size if you're on the fence lol.
