Raising the minimum wage (a point I agree with completely) isn't going to really help Guam when military pays top dollar for housing here. Rent has crept up so much in anticipation of the buildup. It doesn't have to be this way.
As a settler here, would you feel screwed if you couldn't own land and more natives owned land? Genuinely curious.

natives, I don’t think it would be fair. I’ve lost family and many are buried loving this island and it’s people. Im just trying to understand where the “outsiders” will be.
