It looks so nice! And it's difficult to prepare & get the measurements right. Sometimes, my version is too creamy or too much like scrambled egg, etc. I also learned that it depends on the type & thickness of the container, whether it's steamed/baked, etc. Ok I'll stop now haha.

I used this recipe https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/20979/spanish-flan/ … But I included a shallow water bath and poked holes in the aluminum foil. The pan that I used is super shallow though, if you have a deeper pan I would add more eggs.
