Mise en place while cooking!! Makes you want to cook more when the meal comes together almost effortlessly. I do this for all my meals.pic.twitter.com/zAftJniyYr

Yup! I read a book about a famous 3 Michelin star restaurant that was only open one season out of a year (summers) and the cooking tips I got from it + the drama in the kitchen was A1. Mise en place was especially emphasized.

The Sorcerer's Apprentices (arguably one of the coolest names ever for a book about a restaurant!) I got it off the $5 Book rack and it travels with me when I move!pic.twitter.com/TDNLqbtOSY
