Where did you hear/read that the CNMI has no testing kits?

The åga population is trending modestly upwards and the rear-and-release project has been v successful. 20 of 24 birds reared in captivity are thriving in the wild, some of which are trying to breed. This yrs breeding season is almost over; 5 active nests remain.

20/24??? THAT'S GREAT!! Not a bad success rate at all. Thanks for taking care of them! My sister took ornithology 2 semesters ago and talked my ear off about birds.
