Because I haven't been working this past week I haven't been hungry, so I haven't been eating much bc I usually eat when I'm craving food and not just hungry.
I weighed myself out of curiosity and found that I hit my goal weight of 114 lbs. But I haven't even been working out

This meant that I lost all the muscle I gained working out so much in Vegas
so I'm not buff anymore. This calls for some lifestyle changes.
