Guys, question. Kasi I've noticed that every time I get put in situations where I know I'd have to explain my side, I tend to tremble badly. My hands would shake, and sometimes I could feel my control over my mouth/throat muscles weaken. Is that a thing? Is that normal?
It is a thing and is totally normal. You're not used to publicly speaking or defending yourself. The more you do it and practice, the more comfortable you become and the less anxiety you get.

Tbh I don't mind public speaking that much. I guess it's the aspect of having to be credible enough. Or, something along the fact that you have to fend for yourself.

Could it be a cultural thing too? Is that a hard thing for people to do in your culture? Sorry I don't know what yours is. In my culture it could be, if you speak out against someone older.
