I always feel good on days I go vegetarian. This morning I even went vegan (I think). Breakfast was hummus with veggies, I had a snack of mixed nuts, and also chowed an orange. I’m currently thinking of a way to make saibok vegan. What’s a way to replace the butter or mantika?

Not sure if your mom makes it the same way, but for mine saibok is already vegan. Just use fatty coconut milk.

Man my dad just loves mantika I think. When that’s not available we use butter, but I was like, this could EASILY be vegan.
