Being on your feet for 6/8 hours of the work day, then strength training afterwards is so damn exhausting
There was a short moment in 2019 where I was fit/energetic enough to do two-a-days. 1 hr before work and then after work...a really short moment

Those days are faaaaaaaar past me hahaha! I commend people who do that though. I'd have to make a few sacrifices just to commit to something like that again.. and I'm not certain if it's worth it knowing I already get a lot done with the time I put in currently
