Ditto! And same question. Territories can’t vote for US Pres. They send elected reps to Congress who have voice but no vote on the house floor; only in committees.

Thanks for catching that error. I've read many sentences that say similar things, and my brain must've filled in the "cannot" where it actually says "can" during the review process. The territories do send delegates to the DNC and RNC, but that's a whole other thing.
