Chamorro party food on Guam is SO BAD that's not Chamorro food guys, that's Guam food. That's what the colonizers want you to eat! (Shrimp "patties", bbq meat that's marinated in salt, no veggies in sight besides onions, etc.)
I don't mind the variations of koko because I LOVE koko, though sad to say I've never had any here that was good enough to go back for seconds or even finish it
Two kinds of potu, buñelos dågu and aga', apigigi, åhu, lantiyas, and custard pie from Hermans are always classics

I grew up with Tudela store and all these great koko places and then there's my mom's papaya, green mango, even iba koko
man I miss that. The one thing I always ask her to make to send to me.
