Definitely always see more vegetables at parties back in Saipan, at least for my fam. Fish eskabeche always has veggies, bisteak & even red rice has peas, gollai fa'ka, broccoli crab salad, saibok lemmai, etc. I can go on. There is fried chicken/bbq stuff too, but its balanced.

I don't mind the variations of koko because I LOVE koko, though sad to say I've never had any here that was good enough to go back for seconds or even finish it
