I really feel like the whole Guam parrotfish craze is overrated anyway. I've never sought to buy parrotfish specifically at markets because my favorite fish is and always will be sagamelon.
Ahh that's what you mean. Tbh my favorite way to eat parrot and other meaty reef fish (besides tataga) will be mayo, herbs, and wrapped in foil on the grill.
