Thank you for the comment! I agree, PR has bulala problems. With regards to the Hurricane Relief, I think it's apples to oranges. Both are Commonwealths, but speed of relief could be based on so many other factors too.

You may mistake effectiveness for action. I feel like the demilitarization sentiment is moving along at a faster pace now than I ever saw before when I used to live on Guam pre-2016. Sentiment must preclude action. Social media doesn't paint a complete picture of the public.
